Organization

KMS Technologies is guided by a Board of Directors / Shareholders. The daily operation is run by a Management Team consisting of Chief Executive Officer, Operations Manager or COO, Engineering Manager & Geophysics Manager.

The company, legally called KJT Enterprises Inc. The Board of Directors includes: CEO, External Counsel, Employee Shareholder Director, External Director. The annual Shareholder meeting is the ultimate decision making body.

KMS Technologies is our business name & registered dba (doing business as) in Texas, USA. It is one unique entity used for geophysics related products by KJT Enterprises Inc.

We have offices in Germany and Thailand and a JV in Ukraine (LEMI - see Lemisensors.com). KMS Technologies commercializes products via Energy Transition International Inc.

KMS-KJT is fully employee owned since February 2011.
