KMS Technologies' CEO was honored for his contributions to borehole and surface geophysics
KMS Technologies's CEO was honored this year by several organization for his contributions to borehole and surface geophysics. The SPWLA (Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analyst) honored him with the Distinguished Technical Achievement award for his many original contributions to logging tool development. He was then inducted to the Russian Academy of Sciences and received their highest honor, the Kapitsa Gold Medal, for his pioneering work to surface electrical geophysics and innovative contribution to borehole geophysics. Last but not least he was honored by the Society of Exploration Geophysicists for his specific contributions to Through Casing Resistivity and 3D Induction logging.
